Foliage Properties is operated by a team of professional real estate experts with years of experience in real estate investing, rehab, and property management. We also specialized in short sale negotiations, until 2010 when banking regulations changed. We worked directly with homeowners to provide an alternative solution for foreclosure. Our experienced team worked directly with homeowners to help them deal with those changes that were unavoidable such as: unexpected family crisis, medical expenses, loss of income, adjustable interest rates that increased mortgage payments and made them unaffordable and that lead to pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and/or bankruptcy. We provided successful, real, and proven solutions to our clients in a changing marketplace.
STUDENT RENTALS We offer student rentals to international Graduate students in a shared living enviroment. The houses are fully furninshed and offer a family like setting where all can come to together in the common areas. Mr. Horwitz also owns and manages properties throughout Maine, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Kentucky. |
